New Goods: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods we have provided you, we offer a 7 day period where you are entitled to a complete money back guarantee or an exchange of item, providing the goods are returned to us with the original packaging and that they are in the same conditions as received by you. We are unable to exchange or refund individually personalised items, unless received faulty. Any further postage costs incurred returning the items to us are to be met by yourself. We aim to deal with all returns within 10 working days.
Faulty/Damaged Goods: If an item is damaged/faulty on receipt or becomes damaged after use, please contact us immediately for advice. DO NOT return used items before you have contacted us for approval. Should your return of a used item be approved, please ensure that the item is returned in a clean/hygienic condition, failure to do so may result in the item being discarded without compensation.
Faulty Goods: Should you feel that you have received faulty goods, we will once again refund your money or offer you an alternative product upon inspection of the item. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer if required. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or every day wear and tear.
